2. 14-Day Refund Guarantee

  • If you are unsatisfied with your premium membership, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
  • This applies only to the first-time purchase of a subscription plan.

3. Exceptions to Refunds

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period has expired.
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms & Conditions or Safety Policy.
  • Renewals of existing subscriptions (unless canceled prior to the renewal date).

5. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
